CARREG DRESSAGE OFFERS - COACHING THE MIND - FOR HORSE RIDERS AT ALL LEVELS.

Learn to deal with your demons and put them right back in their boxes. Those demons that erode your confidence and stop you doing the things you dream about.

This event will help you:
Feel Inspired: Feel in Control: Feel like you are Having Fun.

Learn how to:

  • build your own confidence – increasing your horse's confidence in you.
  • Learning how to increase your motivation – by planning how to achieve your goals.
  • Learning how to achieve all of those things you meant to do with your horse but never do.
